How to Request a Refund

As your satisfaction with our products and services is very important to us, refund requests are always a priority and will be processed as quickly as possible. It is of utmost importance that they are handled promptly.

What Requests Are Eligible?

To prevent malicious behavior, we enforce strict rules on what refund requests are eligible. Before making any requests, please review our privacy policy carefully to understand the requirements and avoid any issues.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Log in to The Sonorous Arts Group website.
  2. Click or press Enter on your name to open the dropdown menu, then choose Invoices.
  3. On the new page, find the paid invoice for which you want to request a refund. Please note that the invoice status must be "Paid."
  4. Copy your transaction ID.
  5. Send your refund request along with the transaction ID via email to info@sonorousarts.com. You will receive a follow-up email about your request as soon as possible.

Note: Transfer fees will be deducted from your refunded amount, so you will receive nearly the full amount paid. To avoid any issues, please be careful when making a purchase. Always read the product description and the total amount you need to pay. Please check our privacy policy regularly to stay informed about any updates or changes.
