Terms of Service

Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the relationship between Sonorous Arts (hereinafter referred to as "Sonorous") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

Definition of Terms

  • Services: The services offered by Sonorous, including but not limited to, audio production, music composition, music licensing, and digital application production.
  • Content: Any and all content created or used in connection with Sonorous's Services, including but not limited to, music, lyrics, and sound effects.
  • Intellectual Property: Any and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
  • Applications: Sonorous offers applications for computers and other digital platforms (hereinafter referred to as "Applications"). Applications are designed to provide Users with access to Sonorous's Services and Content.

User Agreement
By using Sonorous's Services or accessing Sonorous's Applications, Users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with these Terms of Service, please do not use Sonorous's Services or access Sonorous's Applications.

Severability
Each provision of this Agreement is separate and independent from the others, and if one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Waiver
Any failure to comply with these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of any rights under these Terms. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

International Law
International laws govern this Agreement.

Jurisdiction
Sonorous may submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of international jurisdiction in cases where the terms of this agreement are not complied with by Sonorous.

Entire Agreement and Amendments
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Sonorous and Users. Sonorous agrees to modify or amend these Terms if they are not applicable, up-to-date, relevant, or unfair.

Amendment Notification and User Responsibility
Sonorous reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Sonorous will notify Users of any changes by posting a notice on the Sonorous website https://sonorousarts.com/ for at least 30 days before the changes become effective. Users are also responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Service to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of Sonorous's Services or access to Sonorous's Applications after any changes are made will constitute the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.

Effective Date
These Terms of Service shall become effective on May 1st, 2024.
